GOLDEN PASS LNG EXPORT PROJECT, USA.On this project I have coordinated piping material shipment from over twenty worldwide suppliers to the construction site in the U.S. Ensured that all piping material issues timely addressed to related parties such as construction, engineering, procurement and quality control teams, and the most efficient solution is in place. Liaison with logistics team shipment arrangements to meet construction needs. Reported on weekly basis to project stakeholders, piping program manager and project management. Coordinated with vendor(s) rectification of overage, shortage or damage concerns raised at construction site.

As a team member of the GCGV Olefins Facility Project, I contributed in the successful completion of offsite module fabrication of one of the world's largest ethylene plants located in the U.S. at the Fabrication Yard in China. My primary responsibilities included planning, controlling, and supervising all aspects of piping works, from spool fabrication to system walkdown. I oversaw the compliance of safety and quality of construction completion for four modules and over 30 pipe racks modules, ensuring that all work was completed to the highest possible standard.Throughout the project, I maintained a proactive approach to the delivery of project objectives to subcontractors, which helped to ensure a high level of safety and quality. Thanks to this approach, we were able to complete all piping works with zero lost time incidents and zero pressure test failures of the welding joints. This achievement is particularly noteworthy given the unprecedented consequences of high COVID-19 restrictions that we faced during the project.

Arctic LNG Project.Main responsibilities.• Coordinate piping construction works in brown field.• Plan, control, analyze a results of the warranty claims.• Plan, coordinate and assist to subcontractor execution of piping activities included in shutdown scope.• Close communication with plant operation office in terms of planning and approval of piping works in the brown field. • Plan, coordinate and assist with warranty climes scope to satisfy plant owner expectations and complete related works within established timeframe in the operating pant.Achievements.• Successful completion of up to 10 over 20" valves repair/replacement during shutdown.

Arctic LNG Project. Main responsibilities:• Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements.• Ensure project is on time and adhering to company policies and procedures.• Supervise and coordinate a subcontractor activities• Carry out construction feasibility and method studies.• Carry out lifting and transportation studies.• Liaise with field staff on construction engineering matters.• Ensure that all operations under his control are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.• Ensure that all operations under control are carried out in accordance with Company’s Corporate and Project procedures.• Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the group are aware of each Project’s quality requirement.

Arctic LNG Project.Main responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a Test Pack register.• Coordinate with subcontractor completion of piping systems as per pressure test execution plan.• Conduct daily progress meetings with subcontractors.• Coordinate with QC/HSE/Plant Operator departments in order to ensure all parties are informed about planned test scope in time. • Follow up final acceptance of the test pack with the Client, such as test limits, test pressure, vent and drain point, right equipment selection.• Coordinate timely punch items close out in order to release piping system for pre-commissioning activities.

Quality assurance and control of mechanical, structure steel, welding and piping works.Audit and inspect construction activities and monitor construction works in progress.Create and follow up non-conformance reports.Advise and assist with preventative measures to ensure quality is maintained.Conduct inspection in accordance with established ITPs.Ensure compliance of Health & Safety Regulations and Project Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

Ensure that all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are attended by a suitable QA/QC inspector.Ensure that the production quality being offered for inspection meets the project requirements. Witnessing and monitoring of all site static/rotating equipment, package equipment and skid mounted vessels/machineries inspections including structural steel erection.Ensure that all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS) are documented and recorded.Coordinate with the client representative to ensure inspections are carried expediently.Ensure that surveillance inspections are continually carried out on the project recording and documenting any, and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project.Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to Project Quality Program and the Company IMS.Ensure that all project audits are carried out in accordance with the project Audit Schedule and the schedule is up to date.Follow up on all audit findings ensuring that action is taken and reoccurrence is minimized.Assist in obtaining approval on the project IMS Program, and incorporate comments as necessary.Prepare and issue all necessary weekly and monthly reports.Comply with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, work Permits etc.Promote the use HSE practices.

Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
