I am involved in the development of a back-office web-application for managing a Forex trading platform. This is a key application for the business, which must be convenient not only for thousands of internal users, but must also meet the requirements of state regulators in terms of visual data presentation.It so happened that I came to the project at a crisis moment when, on the one hand, there was no front-end developer and no one to pass on knowledge to me, and on the other hand, there was a great need to do a large amount of work. Despite the obvious difficulties of onboarding, I managed to do what two previous developers had done before me. Remembering the difficulties in had, one of the first problems I solved was the problem of onboarding - I wrote documentation that would allow anyone to launch the project with a couple of commands. Also, I tweaked the developer environment so that any newcomer could become as efficient as possible from day one: I connected Sentry and Kibana, covered critical modules with tests, moved the project from Create React App to Vite, introduced all kinds of linters.... Now it's a mature project with clear rules and a set of tools to enforce them, which makes it understandable and convenient for any new developer.Core technologies: TypeScript, React + Redux Toolkit, Vite, SASS + CSS Modules + Bootstrap, Jest + Storybook.

I was a developer of a large project for a French customer as part of an international team (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, France, and India), whose communication was mostly in English. As the lead of a small team, I was responsible for the epic tasks: my job was to split them into parts, estimate them, create tickets in Jira and assign them to a team member. I performed code reviews of the completed tasks, made releases on GitHub, wrote release notes, maintained documentation in Confluence. As member of continuous improvements stream, I set up and automated quality gates using linters, tests an CI. I also interviewed and onboarded new people.Key technologies: TypeScript, Web-components + StencilJS, React + Redux, BEM + SASS, Jest + Storybook.In addition to the main project, I participated in the development of a UI library similar to Bootstrap made with web components. I also supported legacy project created with JSP + VanillaJS + JSDoc.

I was a part of the team working on online banking for a Top 3 Russian bank as a key developer of one of the streams. As a team lead of 5 people, my job was not only to write my own code, but also to create tickets in Jira for the team, estimate them and do code reviews when they are complete. Some management flavored tasks were: demos for the customer, creation of the releases, writing of the release notes, communication with the customer and other teams. Its goal is to teach the beginners the basics of the frontend profession. I gave lectures on HTML, CSS and React, checked students' assignments, interviewed students who completed the program for positions of junior developer in EPAM.

At crash courses of HTML Academy students learn the basics of HTML and CSS. At the end of the course, they create a fully-functional project for their portfolios. Working as a tutor, I helped my students through the courses: I answered their questions and checked their assignments, did code reviews. At the end of the course, students defended their project to me: there are three attempts to bring the project into conformity with strict criteria.

As a developer, I created and supported client websites, and as a lead, I distributed and supervised tasks, communicated with managers and most important clients. I also did technical interviews.
