Implementation of the EPC contract regarding the implementation of the full cycle of work on the supply of complex technological equipment:•Interaction with related departments, design organizations, manufacturers, construction contractors•Market analysis, competitive analysis of equipment suppliers.•Search and negotiation with equipment suppliers, conclusion of contracts, cost optimization•Ensuring the preparation of the conclusion of contracts, the harmonization of the terms of supply•Organization of support for the entire process of execution of contracts• Control of the process of development of working design documentation, control of manufacturing and delivery of equipment•Organization of high-quality document flow of primary documentation•Development of schedules for manufacturing, supply of equipment and commissioning works•Monitoring compliance with plans and schedules, taking timely action in case of deviations •Systematization of the department's work

Project portfolio management including:• Development, implementation and support of local procedures regarding the implementation of the company's EPC projects.• Planning, organizing and monitoring the execution of contracts - implemented supplies of equipment and components, including up to 1000 SKUs from Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.• Preliminary assessment of cost and timing, project risks, preparation of documents for project initiation - work in SAP• Interaction with the customer, implementation of the necessary documentary procedures, reporting on the progress of the project, delivery and formal closing.• Monitoring the evaluation and implementation of project budgets.• Monitoring the fulfillment of the company's contractual obligations to customers in terms of quality, completeness and timing - up to 5 projects lasting from 6 months are being implemented at the same time, the average project budget is 200-300 million rubles.• Development and updating of project schedules in accordance with established procedures - the formation of calendar network schedules for projects of 1-4 levels in MS Project;• Control of potential and actual changes in the scope of work.• Coordination of a team consisting of 3-5 people.• Assessment of risks and their impact on the project - development of the risk matrix of the project
