Doing the stability calculations, checking bearing capacity of the essential elements (decks, transoms, beams, standards). 4. Forming the final kit list. Achievements:• Developed a number of presentations that formed the Layher Ireland Familiarization Course.• Developed the hardhat sticker for participants of the Course.• Contributed to the team with series of photos of different scaffolding constructions, which got a large number of likes and reactions on company's LinkedIn page. One of the photos were chosen for Layher calendar 2024.

Key projects: Arctic LNG 2, Berezovskaya Coal Fired Hydroelectric Power Plant, A-Technics LLC, Vnukovo Aircraft Repair Plant, S7 Technics.• Developed detailed scaffold designs, scaffold installation method statements and specifications in line with customer requirements.• Supervised and coordinated a team of 5 engineers on site: work assigning, work progress inspection and coordination, completing daily record keeping including daily logs, equipment schedules, material schedules, timecards, etc.• Performed scaffold inspections, inventories and audit.• Conducted courses, trained site engineers and scaffolders in assembly methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures when work at height (up to 5 groups of 20 employees per month).• Located, measured and marked site locations of structures, performed industrial 3D scanning of sites.• Translated documentation from Russian to English and vice versa.• Photographed construction sites for marketing purposes.• Erected and dismantled several scaffold structures and mock-ups Achievements:• Developed a number of presentations, handouts and tests that improved the content of the training courses, increased the efficiency and minimized the amount of on-site accidents.• Proposed and implemented new ways of construction site data exchange (via Telegram channels and Google Docs) that resulted in double time optimization.• Contributed to the project time and cost optimization by means of performing tech savvy successful negotiations.

Key project: reconstruction of Higher School of Economics University• Managed, supervised and coordinated a team of 10 construction workers, scheduled work hours.• Inspected subcontractor work progress to ensure that specifications are met.• Calculated the amount of performed work, developed as-build documentation.• Observed and directed work to ensure the highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld.• Ensured all existing engineering records and logs were accurate and up to date.
