EST - general construction company in FIT OUT that works in the Russian market. My way here started in January 2017 as an assistant in a project manager’s position. However, after 2 months of work, I got two first projects 100 m2 and 700m2, and completed by the end of May 2017, during 2017 I completed the renovation of the UNIQLO store 1000 m2 and built an exhibition center for the Italian brand Prima Power 900m2. Beginning 2018 company has won a tender for the renovation of the CHANEL store 170m2 retail area in Crocus City Mall and I was appointed as project manager. The project was successfully completed in two stages keeping the store open for the client during construction.Activities:-Preparation of the tender’s quotations-Selection of the subcontractors for projects-Negotiations about contract terms with subcontractors-Coordination of works at the site-Control of ordering of materials and different types of equipment-Control of works of engineers and specialists-Getting permits for construction-Schedules preparation and tracking-Control of payments for completed works and materials-Control of quality of works-Assisting clients contractors-Organization of construction according to local regulation, health and safety measures, and LEED requirements-Maintenance after opening
