Responsibilities:• Managing a team of 6 professionals;• Allocating tasks to team members;• Controlling fulfillment of tasks;• Managing all organizational, administrative and technical issues;• Preparing reports for the company’s head office;• Business development;• Discussing conditions of research tasks with customers;• Market analysis in CIS, Europe, Asia and North America within the frame of executive search projects;• Preparation of analytical reports of market and companies structure; Drafting reports on market's and company's structures;• Market research by analyzing information from open sources and by cold calls, moreover utilizing company’s' database to obtain essential data;• Identifying relevant companies and studying their management structures, turnover and all business areas;• Identifying relevant professionals working at different companies for further contact;• Preparing reports for customers.

Responsibilities:• Performing an initial review of the Invitation to Tender documents to establish the scope of work, the Tender schedule;• Establishing the requirements and deliverables of the Tender team members with due regard to the scope of work and the Tender schedule;• Planning tender reviews and submittal deadlines according to the Customer requirements;• Participating in all tender stage gate meetings;• Ensuring that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members;• Developing clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc;• Maintaining accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.);• Overseeing the tender estimate for accuracy and compliance with the customer requirements and commercial strategy.
