As Head of Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), I provided strategic and tactical vision to enhance incident prevention, detection, and response capabilities. I collaborated closely with Enterprise Solutions Architects, Product and Project Owners, Developers, and vendor-partners, driving initiatives that fortified the organization's security posture. My responsibilities included ensuring compliance with a plethora of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, CSA, SOX, SOC, ITAR, and EAR, thereby minimizing risks associated with data breaches and cybersecurity threats.As the Head of Security Engineering, I managed Cloud, Perimeter, and Identity and Access Security Engineering teams, overseeing the implementation of critical security controls for a vast cloud estate and a complex on-prem environment, supporting DISH TV, Sling, and Retail Wireless initiatives, including the groundbreaking cloud-native 5G Wireless Open RAN platform. Additionally, I played a key role in developing and supporting the Cybersecurity Defense Operations Center's incident response capabilities.My initial role in Security Architecture involved steering numerous hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure projects, developing enterprise cloud architecture, and collaborating on DISH's first comprehensive Cloud Governance Strategy. This strategy significantly boosted the adoption of cloud workloads culminating in a vast cloud estate supporting dish multi billion-dollar Enterprise.

Successfully conceived and executed the technical strategy for a mobile app startup focused on facilitating home repair services. Spearheaded the design and implementation of a cloud-based OSS and BSS infrastructure, enabling the development and deployment of multiple platform versions. Secured multiple rounds of Angel financing by crafting a compelling business plan, pitch book, and pro forma financials. Grew and managed a high-performing technical team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure alignment of resources with the company's evolving business needs.

BlackBox Logic was a highly successful analytics provider in a multi-billion dollar industry, competing with industry giants such as CoreLogic, Bloomberg, and Intex.At BlackBox, we delivered the highest-quality, most comprehensive residential mortgage data, customized to meet the specific needs of capital markets participants, including investors, broker/dealers, and researchers. Our innovative processes transformed monthly remittance records for over 22 million loans into actionable business intelligence. The Crystal Logic analytics platform, which I had the privilege of overseeing, empowered traders with hyper-fast deal analytics, comprehensive pool stratification, and rich visualizations, enabling them to drill down to individual loan details and payment histories with ease.This accomplishment was the result of exceptional teamwork and cutting-edge technology, solidifying BlackBox Logic's reputation as a leader in RMBS data analytics.

Over its four-year tenure, Dataflow successfully engaged in a variety of dynamic product development projects. The team developed custom web application solutions across industries such as Hospitality and Biotech, including a robust private-label Travel Reservation system that integrated with leading CRS platforms for managing new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.Dataflow Studios harnessed its team’s extensive expertise in large-scale data analytics, systems integration, database management, and UI/UX development to execute innovative and technically demanding initiatives.
