As a biomedical researcher with both Master's and PhD degrees in medicine, I have had the privilege of conducting research in various fields and collaborating with esteemed institutions around the world.My practice in the Research Institute of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy in Smolensk, Russia, allowed me to specialize in antimicrobial resistance in the microbiology field. Furthermore, my time at Université de Poitiers in Paris, France, and Cardiff University in Cardiff, UK, provided me with hands-on experience in laboratory techniques and microbiology.I have also had the opportunity to collaborate with Nazarbayev University in Astana, Kazakhstan, on research related to microbiome and metagenome. Additionally, I have worked with the Medical Center Hospital of President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in human genetic field, and have collaborated with McMaster University and the University of Winnipeg in Canada, the National Center for Biotechnology in Kazakhstan, and Semey Medical University in Kazakhstan on COVID-19 related research in Kazakhstan.My skills include a diverse range of laboratory techniques such as microscopy, DNA/RNA isolation/purification, PCR, electrophoresis, sequencing (Sanger, ONT-Nanopore), and immunoassay. I am also proficient in data analysis using Statistics, Machine learning, and Bioinformatics mainly in R and also in Python and Julia.I am now seeking new opportunities to leverage my skills and experience to drive impactful research and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
