An escape room, also known as an escape game, puzzle room, or exit game, is a game in which a team of players discovers clues, solves puzzles, and accomplishes tasks in one or more rooms in order to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. So my role was:- Writing a script and legend for escape rooms and preparing technical documentation based on them- Procurement of building materials, props, electronics- Search and conclusion of contracts with contractors (construction teams, electronics engineers, props manufacturers)- Control over the order and quality of work- Management with staff and partners- Preparation of reports and accountingKey accomplishments: - List of significant results and impact- Fast implementation of projects (it took about 3-4 months from idea to opening, unlike 6+ months for competitors)- Escape rooms were in the TOP 5 in Kyiv- Lots of positive feedback and satisfied customers
