• Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
• Creating and managing virtual machines in Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2019 and less, VMware 7.0 and less environment based on HP Proliant G9 and less hardware:
• Install and configure Windows Server 2022 and less, Windows 11 and less, Debian 11.1 and less in addition with the installation of various services. Organization and maintenance all of Microsoft AD services etc;
• Creating failover clusters based on Windows Server, SQL Server Enerprise Cluster (or Always on feature) for Remote Desktops with 1C 8.3 Platform Server;
• Providing rezervation by Veeam 11 and less;
• Installing and configuring Zabbix 5.x. and less with active notification eg Telegram;

• Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
• Providing first and second line support and resolves problems to the customers satisfaction
• Monitoring, managing and communicating with users/AM/Game providers, prioritizing tickets based on SLA/KPI and priority level by Agile scrum process flow
• Investigating issues, researching solutions, implementing and documenting within ticketing system (Fresh, Jira)
• Investigating common tickets and seek ways to reduce or remove repeating ticket types
• Searching log-files via common terminal commands for issues and errors

• Duties and Responsibilities of the job:
• Creature of standard desktop environment, seek ways to improve and raise for reviews
• Assisting with onboarding of new users which includes basic guidance and training where required
• Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Maintaining inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Reporting issues to the service desk for escalation
