About Dmitriy Kogan

I have extensive experience working on Drupal sites (versions 7 to 10) in various capacities.Project highlights:- At Health Research Inc. (a state affiliate of the New York State Department of Health), I was responsible for redesigning the New York State Dental Plan Comparison Tool using relevant synchronous and responsive technologies in Drupal Views, AJAX, and JavaScript. - As a contractor for the U.S. Department of Commerce, I upgraded the Gesso USWDS theme for the Economic Development and Administration site, and also updated NPM packages and outdated SCSS math functions to successfully run Gulp.- Currently I'm working on redesigning and migrating the Learning Management System for Rutgers School of Social Work's Continuing Education program. The previous system was designed in PHP, and we are moving to Drupal. Before this project, I was hired as a backfill developer at Rutgers UCM in order to finalize the missing pieces of the Signature Generator.
