My background is 11,5 years' of experience in oil and gas industry: exploration, construction and pre-commisioning. I'm familiar with US (CONOCOPHILLIPS, Baker Hughes) Safety standarts. Now I'm working at Linde ingeneering Rus. Before Linde I worked for Renco s.p.a (Sakhalin and Yamal). Previously I completed 2 great projects with Baker Hughes, a GE company - Pre-comissioning: South stream and Nord Stream 2 gas projects. I worked at South Tambey LNG (Technip's Russian branch), Sabetta, Yamal peninsula as HSE supervisor. It was very challenging project - LNG plant construction.My first job was in the oilfield (exploration,production) at the company called "Polar Lights" as HSE lead engineer. My professional goal: self-development and 0 incidents for the company where I’ll work.My responsibilities are: All kinds of safety TBTs and inductions;Permits- to- work – checking all safety measures covered by permits-to-work at work locations;Audits and safety inspections at work locations;In the oil field I supervised hot works, works in confined space, works at height, lifting operations and simultaneous works within the framework of company’s oil reservoir park modernization. I checked safety conditions before, during these works and after. I take a part in preparation of safety instructions, job safety analysis, risk assessment, safety procedures and different kinds of reports. I conduct firefighting and oil spil drills and also personal protective equipment exercises with employees. Daily HSE inspections and reports in Russian/English.
