I started my career in 2000 at SAB (South African Breweries), which in future became SABMiller after union with Miller company.In 2012 SABMiller company united EFES company and at the moment I work at EFES RUS company in Kaluga in the capacity of acting Project Manager.I started my career at the Brewing departmet in the capacity of Brewing operator (maturation, fermentation areas and relief operator) up to shiftman/acting brewing unit manager. I realized the project concerned with Management system application (ISO9001 и ISO14000) on the test area of brewing department. During the action period at the plant there was permanent production volumes increase and I always took active part in the projects.I am the leader/expert from the brewing department in the area of Lean production System/Focus Improvement.At the moment I am also the plant champion in the area of Visual management introduction. I am the master-trainer on World Class Manufacturing system/Lean production System introduction. I am included in the list of key employees (Talent management).Having a great experience of working with professional of different production directions ( our company always developed and increased dynamically), I always tried to gather for myself necessary competences which will help me with realization of production tasks. At the moment I fulfill the projects, realization of which are very important for our company. Being the leader of the global project I try to use all my professional experience and certainly continue to study at colleagues. At the moment I am Manager of the project, which includes 5 subprojects within the plant. The major task is to realize the project in time, within the budget, of proper quality. I very much appreciate that I were given opportunities in self-realization on development of design, management, professional, administrative, leader skills by the company management.
