02/2002 – present Recellular Inc: Senior Electrical Engineer: Engineering and R&D  Invented methods and built equipment for Li-on battery socket protection to prevent battery explosion. This method allowed us to separate working batteries from damaged in less than a second and to eliminate bad vendors. As a result, customer retention rates were increased and our company won big and small contracts. Invented “W box,” a multichannel device for connecting any type of cellular phones to PC for testing eight batteries simultaneously, resulting in a ten fold increase in productivity. Invented “Rapid Charger Tester,” a device that increased productivity 120 times from two minutes per charger to one second. As a result, we could test thousands of chargers in minutes, eliminating bad suppliers. It reflected in revenue numbers and a positive image of our company. Invented “Universal Cellular Phone Battery Connector,” a device that allowed testing 500 different kinds of batteries with only a three second switch time between two batteries. Prior to the invention, the test would take a few hours.  Invented “Battery Analyzer,” a device that uses new methods and schematics to test one battery in two to five minutes.  Developed methods and procedures to repair 11 CNC industrial machines for the biggest Ukrainian manufacturer, restoring normal working factory operation in less than a week, which saved a company hundreds of thousands of dollars. Consulted other leading metalworking manufacturers regarding improving equipment and technological processes and programs for CNC equipment. Provided installation and repair services for different kinds of CNC and Robotics systems including but not limited to FANUC, BOSH, SIEMENS.03/1985 – 08/1991 Chernigov Manufacturing Plant:: Group Leader Electrical Engineer  Managed and led technical team of engineers and technicians to develop multiple tools for turning machines for CNC, which led to increasing assortment of tool equipment. As a result of the project, our manufacturing plant became the biggest and well known in the former Soviet union (15 countries).02/1981 – 03/1985 Chernigov Manufacturing Plant: Electrical Engineer Invented and implemented technological process and replaced electromechanical 10 kHz generators for high resistant hot stamping machines for three phase tiristor converter, which cut the energy cost by 80 % (from 1000 kW to 200 kW). Changed schematic and improved electro-automatics of CNC equipment, which led the leading country manufacturer to revise its processes and equipment and they started to ship CNC equipment with all proposed changes
