The Senior Financial Analyst works under minimal supervision to conduct financial analysis, research, calculations and reporting of departmental information. This position requires the ability to provide complex reporting and analytic support to various management levels related to strategic decision-making. Maintains productive working relationship by communicating effectively with department leaders, hospital leaders, staff, and other customers to deliver exceptional financial analysis andrecommendations for future program development. Multifaceted analytical work will encompass collecting, integrating, trouble shooting, interpreting, forecasting and presenting disparate information, including analytical projects. Attention to detail while understanding the big picture, strategy and purpose. Able to work with incomplete information and develop informed assumptions, as well as, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter as this is currently a work from home position.
