- Participation in integration tasks and the introduction of new services of the existing ERP system- Projects support: initiation - planning - task acceptance and documentation.- Creating User Stories and technical tasks for dev team/business demo presentation.- Collect requirements and communication with stakeholders to draw up a plan and a better solution when implementing initiatives.- Sprint planning participation and communication with top management to coordinate priority initiatives- Work and communication with remote Scrum dev teams and partners for integrated solutions (English / Russian speakers)- Scheduling of described initiatives (weekly internal planning meetings with the local business, as well as their further broadcasting at the group level)- Organizing communication between business and dev team- QC in the demo/stage/prod environment.- ServiceDesk Team and support process organizing.- ERP system administration and support communication with ServiceDesk team.- Checking schedule deadlines of task implementation/teamwork coordination

- Consulting and support office employees, brunches, points of sale for working with banking programs, CRM system, computer peripherals, creating instructions.- Customer support (legal entities) for work in the ifobs banking system.- Opening Service Desk incidents, notifying relevant parties of the incidents completion.
