More than 7 years in project managment and I really enjoy to solve any open questions to achieve goal of our company. Anyone in our team know that if you faced with problem, you can bring it to me and we’ll solve it together. In same time I always try to provide independence to each team member to solve he’s own tasks as he wants and grow up he’s skills.On my job I integrated Agile tools in vehicles developments. We use 2 weeks sprints, have Stand up every day, Kanban desk and Retro in the end of each sprint. It allowed reduce development time on 44%. I managed international team include Iranian, Romania and Indian specialists. Together we fully developed design for two projects from intention to 100 % done in 3D.In 2022 passed internship in big IT company as prolect manager. Studied Agile more deeply, used BPMN 2.0. INVEST, user story/user cases to analize and optimize Customer's buisness processes.When all things done on working place, I really enjoy my life with pretty wife and two crazy sons 3 and 5 years old. We love to travel, spend a lot of time on open air. But if the weather is not so good, we have a lot of fun at home, like building something incredible with Lego blocks, play chess & checkers or make breakdance battle!Please feel free to contact me via LinkedIn.
