Results:1) Investment projects and M&A transactions:- ensured structuring, negotiating the terms and closing of 7 strategic transactions for the purchase and sale (exchange) of shares for a total amount of 18.45 billion rubles;- provided legal support the construction of 4 THPP and infrastructure in the Far East with a budget of over 150 billion rubles, partially financed from the federal budget and funds of state development institutions;- secured payments by general contractors of penalties in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles for breaches of obligations on construction terms and quality guarantees of construction projects; - secured savings of over RUR 18 billion and a delay in payment of RUR 3.2 billion under 5 long-term contracts for the supply of equipment, including contracts with foreign suppliers.2) Judicial work:- initiated an "ad hoc" international arbitration against Kyrgyzstan to recover costs of the Upper Naryn cascade HPP project, secured its preparation and conductfor (claims fully satisfied in the amount of 37.3 mln USD + %);- obtained court decisions:- to recover 7.3 billion rubles from the counterparties;- refusal to collect in the amount of 2.2 billion rubles;- recognition of actions and decisions of state bodies as unlawful, which reduced costs by 1.9 billion rubles;- eliminated the risks of subsidiary liability of shareholders and managers of liquidated companies in the amount of over 1.7 billion rubles;- settled a dispute between RusHydro International and NEEPCO (India), which allowed NEEPCO to reject the claims for bank guarantees in the amount of 1.8 million USD and excluded the risk of cross-default to Sberbank Group.3) Contractual work:- optimized and automated the conclusion of contracts in EDMS based on Russian software, reducing the time required to sign them; - ensured development and approval of 70 standard contracts and their financial terms, which allowed to expand the contract risk management system.

Results:• development and implementation of action plan ("road map") to implement the Corporate Governance Code key provisions of the Bank of Russia in the activities of "SO UPS";• development and approval of new editions of the Charter and internal documents of "SO UPS" and its controlled entities that regulate the activities of management and control bodies;• project implementation to reorganize one of the controlled joint stock companies (in the form of a spin-off), development and approval of several internal documents of the new company;• sale organization of 100% shares of AO "НИИПТ" (Saint-Petersburg).
