- Development and implementation of a quality assurance strategy that meets company standards and requirements;- Management of product or service quality control processes;- Analyze product or service quality data to identify problem areas and develop improvement measures;- Coordination of the work of a team of quality assurance specialists;- Organization of quality assurance training for company personnel.

Responsibility for performing all aspects of the quality assurance function of operations with suppliers in accordance with SIEMENS quality management system and quality policy, to ensure that the company's products meet customer goals and expectations:- Management of supplier development strategy, designing metrics to determine supplier performance;- Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);- Carry out supplier validation audits;- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements- Support Purchasing with the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks- Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards;- Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues;- Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues;- Work with the supplier to create corrective action plans to address process failures;- Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain;- Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities;- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis);- Manage the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis);- Review of inspection records in all areas for compliance with requirements defined by regulations, product specifications or management plans, PPAPs or product warranties.

Ensurance and responsibility for the project quality targets achievement, as defined with the customer:- ANPQP management: Data collection, development and analysis of reports on key parameters;- Quality assessment of suppliers' project documentation, work with suppliers to improve quality within ANPQP;- Organization and conducting meetings with cross functional groups to achieve a given level of quality of the project;- Regular reporting on project quality targets achievement for management;- Training of project team and suppliers on quality standards and ANPQP requirements, conducting presentations.

Integrated project management in the localization of automotive components. Searching of new supplier in Russia, supplier production process assessment, risk management:- Negotiating with suppliers in the interests of the company, managing the negotiations, monitoring, ensuring the preparation and negotiation of contract terms;- Coordination of discussion and decision-making processes between technical departments, other departments involved and suppliers;- Analysis of opportunities, potential new business for the company;- Development of business projects together with sales, production and other departments involved. Identification, collection and analysis of necessary data for the projects;- Analysis of localization possibilities of component production, creation of requests for quotations for components;- Organization and implementation of supplier selection and evaluation process, communication of targets and requirements (technology, quality, prices);- Making proposals for potential alternative suppliers, including use of feasibility studies. Visits to potential suppliers to collect the data required for the analysis, making conclusions based on the analysis;- Support, active participation in supplier development, introduction of Bosch Group methods into external supplier processes;- Conducting international purchasing projects, managing projects with suppliers to reduce costs;- Market analysis, competitors by complex products and components.

Quality Engineer Quality System and Methods development team:- Preparation and performing of process audits internally in the plant and at suppliers (1st, 2nd party);- Preparation and performing of internal audits of Quality management system;- Preparation and performing of Quality management system audits at suppliers;- Preparation and accompanying of external audits by certification body or a customer;- Follow-up of implementation of countermeasures in case of detected deviations in the plant and at suppliers;- FMEA moderation for new and existing processes;- Implementation and development of problem solving methods, 8D teams coaching and 8D reports evaluation;- Preparation and performing quality system and methods (such as FMEA, 8D, etc.) trainings for plant personnel and at suppliers;- Implementation and development of the process landscape for the plant taking into account superior quality documents;- Counselling in the area of Quality questions internally in the plant and at suppliers.

Integrated project management in the production of automotive components. Organization of serial production, product quality assurance, risk management:- Project evaluation based on a request from the sales department: feasibility from a technical point of view, impact on production equipment;- Determination of the timing of the implementation of project activities for new products;- Analysis of possible risks related to the implementation of the project;- Preparation of reports about project implementation;- Control of launch of new product into serial production;- Organization of engineering change management process for serial product;- Communication with the customer on issues related to project activities.

Manufacturing engineer at the automotive steering production shop floor:- Creation and revision of manufacturing standards, instructions, assembly flow charts, route maps, control plan and other technological documentation;- Design and monitoring of methods of technical inspections and inspections of the quality of manufactured products, as well as inspections of the parameters of production processes according to the control plan;- Control of compliance with production processes;- Development and participation in the implementation of measures to improve production efficiency, reducing consumption of materials, reducing labor intensity, increasing labor productivity;- Analysis of the defect cause and poor quality products, participation in the development of measures for their prevention and correction, as well as in the analysis of incoming complaints on manufactured products.
