Managed the group focused on assessment and implementation of novel fracturing technologies for oil and gas reservoirs. • Managed initial assessment of more than 30 technologies for oil and gas industry including assessment of technology performance at experimental conditions, conducting economic studies and cost analysis, assessment of the expected operational performance. • Designed and managed well completion operations and frac operations during field testing of two of the proposed technologies across multiple basins in the US.• Substantially improved perforating and zonal selecting strategy for horizontal wells by initiating and conducting evaluation of the impact of near-wellbore formation properties using regression analysis and applying machine learning methods.• Acted as Engineer in Charge of the fluid loss laboratory.
