Working as part of a 15 people team to provide company wide Windows NT, 2000, 2003, Solaris and LINUX Server support including hardware and software implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting for over 2200 servers across 5 data centers worldwide.

Since company’s inception acted as a single point of contact for various small business clients. Performed all IT related work including ordering, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of various desktop, server and network hardware and software to fit customer needs. Provisioned, implemented, supported and upgraded multiple LAN and WAN solutions utilizing various Cisco hardware.

Responded to automated alerts from network monitoring agents and acted as first response and troubleshooting to all incidents involving multi-user interruption to networked applications and services on bi-weekly shift basis. Assisted with implementation, testing, and maintenance of customer premise equipment including various Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and TELCO onsite equipment.

Worked with internal network engineering department to setup and maintain company’s LAN and WAN infrastructures. Worked as part of an outsourced Operations Center to identify and troubleshoot various LAN, WAN and internal hardware and software issues.

Worked as part of an IT department supporting 150 desktop users. Maintained co-located server environment used to house company data-serving web portals to multiple hospitals across the country. Assisted company’s network engineer in LAN and WAN support on round-the-clock basis
