I was leading a command responsible for the main site of the bank - sberbank.ru. The team was working on services related to card products such as order forms, catalogs, or promo pages.My responsibilities consisted of 70% frontend development and 30% team leading.As a frontend developer, I have developed a card order form, some promo pages (lendings) for a credit card, a card for kids. I have integrated a 2gis map to service for searching offices and ATMs.Technologies which I used: TypeScript, React, Redux, Jest (80% coverage)My responsibilities as a team leader were divided into three parts: human resourcing, management, and tech leading.In human resourcing, I have written onboarding checklists, vacancies for front-end and back-end engineers, I was interviewing candidates, helping them with onboarding and probation. I have organized a quarterly 360 review, self and peer assessment (with one-to-one conversation) in a team of 8 persons. I have hired 2 front-end developers.As a manager, I am participating in quarterly planning, task estimation and decomposing, writing descriptions of user stories. I worked on a new version of sberbank.ru website. Our team was focused on fast working and reliable widgets. It was achieved by a shift to serverside rendering. For this purpose, I designed and implemented transpiler plugin for babel to convert React JSX to Google Closure Templates. It allowed to avoid platform restrictions and use one stack for SSR and CSR widgets.Also, I participated in Google "The Need for Mobile Speed" hackathon as a memeper of Sberbank.ru team. This activity helped to find performance leaks and a little bit improve the website.As an evangelist of Design Systems, I worked in cooperation with a designer to create useful and powerful UI-kit and a bunch of rules how to use it. As a JS developer, I brought systematization to style guide and components, started to use and promote the atomic design approach for quick and stable developing with predictable results.I was involved in a project estimation as a frontend expert. Also, I participated in a code and a design review.

I developed React-Redux stack widgets for BackBase platform, such as order forms with more than 20 screens, different interactive calculators and informational blocks.I was focused on semantics and accessibility of applications to provide a better experience for bank clients.
