This allowed the company to save up to 4 working days every month on automation of routine procedures for updating of CashFlow Planning and reports.

Responsibilities:- I managed the personnel of the team for the construction of FOCL and providing connections of fixed line customers.- I was involved in the project of implementation and development of construction project management information system.Achievements:- During the period of work the maximum volume of line facilities commissioning was achieved in comparison to all previous periods.

The experience in this role is literally the key point of my life. I am proud that I had a chance to manage and to be a part of the strongest team what was involved into the project "Constructing the fiber optical network for MegaFon". Key points: more than 11 000 km , 3 years, more than 106 lines. Our team consisted of 48 specialists.
