- Designing and performing strength calculations of heat exchangers, high pressure vessels, filters, and inner components of different equipment used for production of fertilizers.- Designing heat exchangers made out of titanium that are used in technological process of Nitric Acid and ammonia nitrate production. - CFD analyses of burners working in primary reformers of ammonia plants; analyzing drafting problems of primary reformer. - Perform strength calculations according with GOST 34347-2017, EN 13445, ASME VIII.- Implementation of Finite Element Analysis in a workflow during development of new equipment.- Responsible for making detailed drawings used directly for manufacturing of designed apparatus.- Drawing diagrams of the welding joints and choosing appropriate welding methods. - Provide ongoing support during manufacturer and assembly.

- Design of internal devices for reactors used on chemical and petrochemical facilities. - Manage all phases of the design process for a multitude of components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, and documenting results.- Work to a project schedule and budget, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency of the work being done.- Responsible for mechanical design and CAD model developing. - Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of development, assist in transfer to manufacturing, and closely following entire manufacturing process. - Writing codes for CNC machinery such as CNC laser cutting machine, CNC plasma cutter, CNC punching machine, and CNC milling machine.
