“MagNum-beer” company works in design, production and mounting of the equipment for beverage dispensing (mostly beer). My responsibility was a general theoretical and technical supervision on company’s projects, including hydraulic, thermal, and physical chemistry calculations, necessary for the correct working of our systems. Moreover, I developed some electronic devices used in beverage dispensing personally. In particular, few models of electronic beer counters, including an internet beer counting system Tapvisor and a batch of a wine dispensing machines in Georgia. At these projects, I developed terms of reference, schemes, made prototypes, developed PCBs, developed methods of testing and wrote firmware.

I managed a quality laboratory at clay-mining enterprise. Full cycle of laboratory growing from a building projecting to a certification and working with daily load up to 100 samples per day was passed under my supervision. I developed analytical methods and software necessary to work.I obtained a big experience with x-ray spectrometers Philips MiniPal and PANalytical MiniPal-4 (installation, upgrading, tuning, repair). Casting, training and daily supervision of the personnel and supplement organization was also my responsibilities.

Our group tried to formulate a high-concentrated emulsion of heavy black oils and gas-tars in a water which would have enough stability, low viscosity and applicable for firing in burners for light black oils. This branch was closed because the problem with gas-tars overstocking was solved in another way. My responsibilities were a sets assembling and tuning, studying of a rheological properties, a flaming point determination.

Most of the time I worked in a group, which created thin ferroelectric films for memory chips. My responsibilities were a synthesis of organic and inorganic compounds, their properties investigation, developing of different laboratory methods, creating laboratory installations.
