Clients: - RosTelecom http://www.rt.ru/ (more then 30 cities) Responsibilities: - Play key role in production of billing, BSS and OSS systems for telecommunication providers. - Perform analysis of technical requirements from clients and design technical projects. - Design systems: database schema, user interfaces, algorithms, methodology of usage, and testing maps. - Define tasks for developers and testers; developed program modules and refactored existing modules - Deliver highest levels of technical support. Key Projects: - Remade existing charging subsystem for network traffic. Increased productivity by up to 700%. - Designed, developed and integrated charging module for IPTV subsystem. Module supports all business processes. - Designed, developed and installed catalog of products, a standalone application that enables management of all client products and is integrated with primary billing system. - Designed and developed new multi-thread asynchrony external billing server. - Produced multiple system components and tools (internal event system, dynamic SQL processor, internal debugger that make possible turn on/off debugging “on the fly”). - Implemented marketing initiatives that encompassed complex tuning of system and development of new features.
