Area of responsibility: launch of e-com infrastructure facilities, new logistics products and business models, implementation of project management tools and practices, creation of business processes, development of competencies of a team of project managers.- developed and launched several new logistics products (air delivery, FBS pharma, FBY pharma) in regulated domains, that included changes to various elements of the marketplace, such as the user product, legal structure and licensing, logistics infrastructure, warehouse processes, IT systems, integration with partners and suppliers, user support, working with master data, etc.- Created from scratch the process of new warehouse / sorting center launch, including standard project plan with tasks, deadlines and participants, procedures and a knowledge base- Launched several logistics facilities, supported this kind of projects during transfer of this function to new team members- Implemented processes and tools for Infrastructure Launch Team, in particular, introduced project planning in MS Project, created a workflow for managing and processing incoming tasks in our internal task management tool (Tracker), launched weekly reporting; provided onboarding of new team members; developed team OKRs and its calculation methodology

- leading annual Strategy review process and long-term rolling financial forecast, regular reporting to the Management Board and Global Markets Strategy function, Operational and strategic KPIs development, tracking and reporting- leading of the project of localization of medical equipment production in Russia (business case development, industrial partners screening and assessment, negotiations, contracting, product strategy (models, configuration), regulatory compliance, GR support, internal process creation/improvement (QMS, manuals, SAP processes, order placement, etc.), coordination of global teams (market + factories + global management)- Active role in creation and further development of healthcare consulting business in Russia: competence building, tools development, leading role in different consulting projects, preparation of proposals, building international connections with global expert network within the company- leadership / coordination of cross-functional teams in number of internal projects, e.g.: go-to-market strategies and market assessment (patient monitors, value segment medical equipment, private market development, digital pathology solution), product value proposition (EMR and telehealth IT platform), IT infrastructure (integration of product-related mobile apps with local proxy), M&A (valuation of potential target (medical equipment manufacturer) in Russia)- validation of business ideas and development of business cases in the areas not covered by the regular business- working closely with CEO, CFO, business management/finance teams
