• Provide leadership, functional and technical expertise to configure SuccessFactors (Recruiting/Onboarding); assist in the implementation planning, testing, rollout and post-implementation support• Ensure effective administration and data integrity of all HR systems, including but not limited to, the HRIS (Workforce Now), Performance Management Review System, and eLearning Training System• Serve as a main point of contact for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving HR system/technical issues• Assist in the development of training and education materials, such as user procedures and reference guides; participate in the delivery of system training sessions to various user groups• Compile various reports as required for HR statistics, corporate plan, official languages, and other statistical data concerning personnel changes, such as hires/terminations, transfers, performance management, etc.

• Utilize HRIS systems to mine HR data, extract relevant trends and metrics; present and communicate data analysis in a coherent and compelling way to audiences at various management levels• Generate, maintain and support accurate and timely standard and ad-hoc reports including but not limited to turnover, headcount, and performance management• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR data in HRIS platforms and systems and its compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating human resources programs and procedures to support organizational HR requirements
