Hello everybody! My name is Dmitry, I am a psycholinguist and an English tutor. I also create board games for those who learn English, write books and create learning materials. I work by my own methodology without textbooks and without written exercises. Instead I create my own lesson programs. Each program includes speaking, reading, listening, grammar exercises and games. My students call my programs "insane" because of the unique style the programs have. The speaking part is a topic and 10 questions. The questions are a mix of serious and funny questions. The texts I write are usually crazy stories (e. g. a story about a dancing giraffe). The same "insane" style is applied for every part of my program. This special way brings smiles on the faces of my students, kills boredom and makes students excited to attend lessons and learn English language.I've been teaching English for the last 13 years. I started when I was 14 years old. I always try to create some ways and approaches for my students to make the learning process funnier, easier and more effective. Here is what I do at my work with English language: 1. I'M A PSYCHOLINGUISTIt means that during the teaching process I focus not only the grammar and vocabulary aspects of English language, but also on psychological preparation of my students. I teach them not to be afraid of making mistakes, to enjoy the freedom that languages give, to be able to communicate easily without any stress or negativity. 2. I CREATE BOARD GAMES FOR THOSE WHO LEARN ENGLISHPeople love playing! That's why I had created several board games for those who learn English. The purpose is to play and complete the linguistic tasks in the game. 3. I ADAPT VIDEO GAMES TO LEARNING PURPOSES The main game I work with is PUBG Mobile. I hold lessons right in the games. The thing is that the students feel less stressed and pressured in the virtual world rather than in the real world. It helps to make students communicate with the players around the globe.
