Key achievements by years:2019. Accomplished huge ITAM project for workplace IT assets. More than 1 million assets discovered and taken under control of totally redesigned ITAM process. This project became «project of the year 2019» in nomination «ITAM project» by Russian ITSM forum. Designed process and automation core of this project (tailored SAP solution) than reused for overall local asset management in Sberbank.2018. Accomplished project «Access». Universal user access management process deployed for all automated systems.2017. Accomplished project «Upscale». IT request fulfillment process upscaled to all non-standard bank clients requests. More than 500 different types of requests discovered and automated using standard workflow. The project cast was more than 10 times less regarding initial offer, based on PEGA.2017. Accomplished project «Technical standard». SLM and IT service catalog processes redesigned to be up-to-date in modern digital business environment.2016. Accomplished project «SPRINT» of building centralized unified ITSM processes and ITSM system across overall Sberbank (before was 16 different sets of ITSM processes and 16 different ITSM systems in every local territorial bank). «SPRINT» project became «project of the year» on «HP software universe» conference in Berlin, 2016. The ITSM system, built during this project, became most largest system on HP Service Manager platform in EMEA with more than 7000 concurrent users and successfully runs up till now. During project were built Request fulfillment, Incident management, Problem management, Change management, IT service catalog and SLM processes.2014. Accomplished huge strategic initiative «S(service)-model» regarding building complex process model of IT under supervision of OliverWyman. My responsibility was all IT support processes.
