In the period from the beginning of 2003 to the August I was organizing the following:- Registration of the company (including of two visits of foreign establishers);- Stuff recruitment for sales, stock and delivery services;- Organizing of the international supplies of the goods from the Hong Kong into Moscow.The most difficulties in that period were to explain to our international partners the differences of some internal processes connected with importing goods and financial processes in Russia.
