- Experiences with High Voltage plant- Generators with output of 6600V, siemens made- Gas and steam turbine generator at 6600V, 4MW, siemens made- Step down transformers 6600V/440V equipped with cooling system for itchtransformer room.- Generators with output of 5500V, CEM (CIE ELECTRO-MECANIQUE) madeAll with safety interlocks to be able to work on the system- Used to provide power to DC electro motors on winches for a better control ofrpm.- Used to provide power to 800HP DC electromotors on the 1600T CLYDE crane.- Maintain electrical plants on board of vessel (automatizations: boilers, turbines,generators, starters, pipe tensioners, anchor winches, transfer cars, auto weldingmachines, A & R winch, electric propulsion).- Experience with reefer containers. (Daikin, Carrier, Thermo King, Star Cool,Sabroe)- Experience with cargo cranes (Hagglund and Soner – electro hydraulic,1600T AmClyde)- Experience with shaft generators Siemens, Turbine generators, Fin stabilizerBrown Brothers & Co- Experience with electronic controls “ Norcontrol, Nabco,- Able to trace a defect on electronic circuit or logic diagrams.- Train Electrical engineer cadets.- Manage the maintenance program for two electrical engineers and twelveelectricians working in two shifts.- Maintenance plan and order electrical spare parts and consumables- Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)- Controllers used on ship antiheeling system and tank level control witch mustmanage the water level in the tanks getting use of load cells that weighs the tankand throttling valve and PID feedback loop to control the valve opening.
