In 2011 I moved to Germany to work on my Ph.D. thesis at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The work started with setting up a lab for sophisticated and challenging experiments with IP networks. The FILA lab at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences was founded with my intensive participation in planning and construction. On the way to my thesis, several projects with industrial partners were completed, such as AxxelBox, GuardiX, Twist, BitBooster, etc. While working on the projects and continuously improving the FILA lab, I gained many practical skills in IT administration, DevOps, and programming in different languages.Working on the thesis brought a lot of theoretical knowledge about various networking aspects, such as available bandwidth estimation, time synchronization between hosts, deep understanding of Linux core networking stack, interrupt coalescence on NIC, and much more. In implementing the ideas for the dissertation, I did a lot of hardcore programming in C/C++ close to the hardware. For example, the algorithms for estimating available bandwidth were implemented, requiring precise work with latency and low-level socket programming. The estimation improvements were later patented. In parallel, several RFCs were implemented in code. The results of the Ph.D. work were carried out together with scientific results from other researchers, resulting in the Reliable Multidestination Transport Protocol - RMDT. At that time, I became the managing director of Dexor Technology GmbH, which marketizes the products based on the RMDT protocol and, later on, also took over the development of the protocol.I led the development of the RMDT protocol and related applications to the enterprise level after the protocol left the purely scientific domain. We established a development pipeline with CI/CD, nightly builds, unit and integration testing.Supporting RMDT-based products on customers' heterogeneous infrastructure requires excellent IT administration skills. Therefore, we have also created an IT services department - Dexor Services - where our engineers provide various IT maintenance services, including support for RMDT. For example, while doing maintenance for the FILA lab, I gained experience with some infrastructure monitoring solutions, so in 2018 we partnered with the Icinga team. Sometimes I'm holding training on Icinga monitoring solution. After finishing the Ph.D. in 2016, I'm still devoting some time to the Anhalt University, where I'm holding courses in communication technology and communication network.

CeoDexor Technology Gmbh Aug 2016 - PresentKoethen, GermanyWe in Dexor are building high-speed data solutions for incredibly fast data transmission over the internet. Our solutions are based on our transport protocol - RMDT (Reliable Multidestination Transport Protocol), which can deliver data reliably, fast, and secure to any destination in the world. Moreover, its unique feature allows transmitting data to multiple destinations simultaneously over private and public networks. -
