I began my career at MTS as product manager of “the young” segment and finished as Head of mass marketing. I can proudly describe this period as the most interesting in my career.• 2010-2012: I became a team leader and took responsibility for marketing strategy in mass market and key launches (included ATL). In 2010 I offered “Snowball strategy of cementation base” which helps companies to achieve designated goals (MOU, subs, churn, revenue) in the last 3 years. • 2008-2009: Responsibilities for federal launches (project management) in “the young” segment. As an achievement In 2009 I created the new product line conception ”Red Energy”. That product was my first federal product, which I conducted from marketing idea to completion. The product has 3 launch stages (3h2009, 1h2010, 2h2010) and as a result, MTS took the leadership in the target segment.
