Having begun my career in software testing, I am fully aware of the need to have quality, and moreover, proven quality in your end product. It is this belief that helps drive my client interactions forward, understanding their pain points and making sure the solution I provide them meets their goals.I first entered software through QA, eventually making my way to localization and DTP services, specializing in these fields and accruing close to 14 years of professional experience. Recently, I have moved to open my own company, LangSouls, along with two incredibly-experienced partners which gives localization and technology-based translation services.Today, as COO of LangSouls, I manage all aspects of external vendor relations while also building out the LSP infrastructure used in the internal processes of the company.
