15+ years of experience of work in various environment, I am passionate about combining my business development and people management skills, wide knowledge in technical industry, as well as yacht racing skills with 20+ years of sailing, always looking for new opportunities and challenges.I started my career as a technical support team specialist. Later after leaving an international consulting company (Big4) where I was responsible for the market analysis and performance of the team, providing high quality results to the clients I deepened my work in team building and management across the globe attracting new clients and partners and ended up in an IT solutions provider.As a project development manager I have over 10 years of experience in delivering highly effective solutions for business, good in communication and building international connections.Among others I have strong interest in electronics engineering, team building, analytics and I keep on searching for new opportunities to develop my skills. Most recently I partner as a Senior account manager at Oxygen Data Center&Clouds, IT company providing services across Russia, CIS and Europe cloud services, Internet Security, collocation and technical support services for IT infrastructure. I am responsible for a team of strategic projects in key business critical environments.I also enjoy sailing and yacht racing, and I have competed in many international races, most of them winning, i.e. the Rolex Middle Sea Race, the Newport-Bermuda Race, and the Rolex Fastnet Race. I have also taught sailing courses in Portugal, UK, Malta, Caribbean and I have logged over 50,000 Nm, mostly racing. I hold certifications from the Royal Yachting Association, UK, including Yachtmaster and Instructor. Selected as a Sailor of the year for achievements in sailing and development of yachting sports industry in Russia.
