• Coordinate the overall Project to Asset Transfer implementation process.
• Developing the detailed planning and monitoring implementation of the Project to Asset Transfer process.
• Provide guidance and direction to the Delivery Teams regarding resolving conflicts and determining priorities across the project for successfully meeting P2A targets.

• Coordinate the preparation and participation for external Audits with regard to Ensure Safe Production, Maintenance and Integrity Execution, Asset Integrity & Process Safety.
• Ensure that all new competencies required for projects are identified early in the process and planned to be delivered by the project as part of the delivery / handover process.
• Coordinate review and enhancement of installation HSE Case and Emergency Response procedures. Active involvement in emergency drills and scenarios.
• Provide/integrate Operations input/deliverables into Asset engineering projects and technical modifications, to ensure the facilities are “fit for purpose” operable, maintainable and fully meet Operations and.
• Act as the Platform representative in Project HAZOPs.
• Act as the Platform representative in Concept review discussions.

 Operation- Engineering liaison for minor projects and other Facility Upgrade Projects to be constructed in the GMA assets. Operations input to following areas and phases of the Projects: fields development plans, conceptual design, detailed design, life cycle cost and planning, operating philosophies, operational readiness & assurance plans, technical.

Offshore Platform Molikpaq

• Deliver oil and gas quantities according preset agreed volumes, pressures and qualities according sales agreements and 90 days Integrated Operations Plan
• Direct control of export volumes from the platform to the export FSO, including emergency operational checks and environmental issues.
• Manage production staff i.e. set priorities, guide employees, monitor and judge performance of crewmembers.
• Develop, implement and change procedures, instructions and operational manuals for all assigned operational activities
• Audit execution of Company Policies and Procedures in platform operations.
