Coordinate the overall Project to Asset Transfer implementation process.• Developing the detailed planning and monitoring implementation of the Project to Asset Transfer process.• Provide guidance and direction to the Delivery Teams regarding resolving conflicts and determining priorities across the project for successfully meeting P2A targets.• Assure that all documentation contains the information necessary to demonstrate full compliance with the basis of design which will become a key part of the handover documentation suite to the operations.

Offshore Platform

• Coordinate the preparation and participation for external Audits with regard to Ensure Safe Production, Maintenance and Integrity Execution, Asset Integrity & Process Safety.• Ensure that all new competencies required for projects are identified early in the process and planned to be delivered by the project as part of the delivery / handover process.• Coordinate review and enhancement of installation HSE Case and Emergency Response procedures. Active involvement in emergency drills and scenarios. • Provide/integrate Operations input/deliverables into Asset engineering projects and technical modifications, to ensure the facilities are “fit for purpose” operable, maintainable and fully meet Operations and Maintenance Technical Integrity and safety requirements, SEIC standards & RTN requirements.• Act as the Platform representative in Project HAZOPs.• Act as the Platform representative in Concept review discussions.• Monitor and track identification of project punchlists prior to handover and ensure closure.• Monitor and drive the project handover process on the platform, provide input into completion dossiers and ensure no outstanding technical queries or issues prior to acceptance.• Liaise with E & m department to ensure timely upload of quality SAP data into the maintenance management system.• Review and check quality of SAP routines entered for the project, ensure full coverage of equipment.• Review and confirm material strategy for the new projects including required critical spares, min max levels and any insurance spares requirements.• Ensure development of quality Operating & Maintenance procedures for all new projects; liaise with Ops support as required.• Liaise with project team to ensure identification and delivery of all training requirements for new projects.• Identify and track to closure all Operational issues with regard to delivery of the projects.

 Operation- Engineering liaison for minor projects and other Facility Upgrade Projects to be constructed in the GMA assets. Operations input to following areas and phases of the Projects: fields development plans, conceptual design, detailed design, life cycle cost and planning, operating philosophies, operational readiness & assurance plans, technical integrity assurance, operability and maintainability reviews, equipment location and layout, ti in to existing facilities, training and documentation. De-bottleneck and optimize the producing facilities/equipment, define safe operating envelops around the facilities/equipment. Provide technical support to GMA Team e.g. Operability studies, TMR including economic evaluation and approval and project management, equipment and process performance optimization, analysis of equipment failure, review of improvements, availability and effectiveness studies, general trouble shooting. RCA and Equipment Reliability Improvement activities for GMA Assets. Act/Lead/Facilitate as Operations team member on project Design Reviews, FDP, HAZOP, HAZID and IPF processes. Provide input to presentation of GMA Documentation relating to Standards and procedures, e.g. Operations HSE Procedures, Production Operation Procedures, and POPMS etc. Ensure compliance with Local Regulations, SHELL Group/Company standards. Provide Operational Input into the GMA Asset Reference Plans.

Offshore Platform Molikpaq

Deliver oil and gas quantities according preset agreed volumes, pressures and qualities according sales agreements and 90 days Integrated Operations Plan• Direct control of export volumes from the platform to the export FSO, including emergency operational checks and environmental issues.• Manage production staff i.e. set priorities, guide employees, monitor and judge performance of crewmembers.• Develop, implement and change procedures, instructions and operational manuals for all assigned operational activities• Audit execution of Company Policies and Procedures in platform operations.• Participate in incident investigations.• Carry out audits (STOP, PTW, Technical integrity) • Ensure production within the operating envelopes. Identify de-bottlenecking opportunities.• Ensure safe execution of fuel loading and internal liquids transfer.• Liaise meeting with Programming and Planning Department regarding Production Operational issues.• Developing a strong HSE culture among staff without compromises.• Develop training programs for National staff.• Direct supervision of 25 production staff. 28/28. Area authority for platform on PTW daily activity, participate and dealing to implement electonic PTW system on site (ISSOW). Heavelly involved to commission activity and RFO new build and installed on Platform modules for LTS of gas & preparation oil to transport trough integrated pipeline system. Dvelop start up documentation and procedures for start up. Developing operating procedures for new systems. Successful start up LTS gas & Oil trains after commissioning with gas & oil according specifications, and introducing gas & oil in to integrated pipeline system for commissioning downstream facilities.  Complete competence assesment programm for National staff. Leading audits according HSE MS plan for asset. Standing for OIM due to it absence.
