The main tasks are to manage the development of the organization, personnel, debugging of working business processes, implementation of major strategic IT projects of the company.Subordinates (more than 30 people):- IT Department- Marketing Department- Customer Support Department- Office- HRMain responsibilities:- Development and implementation of a unified management system.- Development and implementation of the company's development strategy (by key indicators)- Formation of job descriptions for all divisions of the company.- Organization of interaction processes between departments.- Organization of the recruitment system, onboarding, general introduction to business.- Organization of a system of professional training of employees.- Organization and implementation of a staff motivation system.- Formation of a personnel reserve.- Definition and implementation of the optimal organizational structure.- Formation and formalization of the corporate culture of the company.- Creation of an IT department and debugging of software development processes.- Implementation of measures to improve the external and internal security of the company.
