Started the process of working on the service. Starting with CustDev (CJM, JTBD), the search for “friendly” masters (performers) to understand their work features, calculation of the unit economy, and how it is possible to attract performers to the service to further attract customers (clients).Organized the process of attracting performers from Belarus and Russia, the process of conducting regular research on user behavior, collecting and analyzing data, and making decisions based on them. Described business logic. The requirements for the service have been drawn up. TK created. Created and tested prototypes for the design of the calendar and entry forms.Next, several Proof of concepts were created and tested on real users (the goal is to test the hypothesis “order without confirmation, check out without confirmation”). Then, test runs were carried out in the regions with the largest number of craftsmen.
