Hi there, I’m Dmitry Kozlov. I've served and learned for 20+ years in biotech & pharma, most recently as Head of Environmental Shaping & Funding of Roche Pharma in Russia. I trained as a clinician and I've worked in medical advisory, corporate / government affairs and market access - but during the past two years my common thread has been developing and launching a unique cross-functional team to ensure access unlock in the highly volatile environment for patients in Russia.I've also had the opportunity to work with some fascinating emerging technologies as a Foundation Medicine (the leading cancer molecular diagnostic solution) and Flatiron Health (the leading provider of submission-grade real world clinical evidence). And I’ve had the honor of serving as an enabling member of the Policy shaping center of expertise across CIS. During the past 4,5 years I've taken a special interest in how to unlock the potential of people in large organizations. I've been fortunate to have many innovative and creative partners, and we've created novel approaches to work that are leading to more fulfilling and productive jobs.I’m curious and thrilled to continue the journey of serving the patients around the globe driving the reasonable changes towards healthier and better life.
