Leading corporate real estate team. In charge of regional offices launching (10+ locations worldwide), project management of offices’ refurbishment and installation of engineering systems, control over offices maintenance and operation (CMMS, FM Helpdesk).

Operating infrastructure facilities, incl. participating in commissioning, tendering O&M services, developing SOPs, managing refurbishment projects, set-up site operation teams, etc.

Construction and Fit-out project management: timeline development, tendering, contracts drafting, control of contractors’ schedules, budgeting, quantity surveying, coordination of project participants, reporting to project sponsors, clients consulting. Various office and street retail projects from 800 sq m to 10,000 sq m.
