making booking in accordance with the Procedure and ensure proper filling of booking-system, ensuring handling arrangements for shipments, monitoring capacity on flight and taking appropriate actions: request for capacity / release allotment / call clients for additional cargo/ shift cargo to another flight and etc; monitoring acceptance of shipments as well as from other carriers in a proactive way; checking if there is no-show shipment, taking appropriate actions: cancel / rebook / wait shipment in accordance with CS procedures and Instructions; developing a Build-Up Instruction and sending to HA, Ground Operations; providing check of all information sources to ensure there is no discrepancy between AWB, Cargo Manifest, data in booking-system before flight close out; ensuring all necessary arrangements for transfer shipments, including coordination with HA, interline-partner / suppliers and customs transit procedures; attending to customers’ complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
