Other solutions we built in a past: - New strategic Payments capability for Telstra Partnered with leading word-class payment providers we’re designing and developing a solution which makes payment an effortless and reliable for Telstra customers. Highlight: built 3 persistent devops teams in Payments, clear focus, structure supporting autonomous and efficient work. - Enabling customer connection: Notification capability which replaces numerous systems in Telstra to send notifications such as email, sms, push notifications. Built to support multiple ways to reach customer in convenient, reliable way and at right time. Highlight: first persistent high-performance team in Telstra. Success elements we had there were used to build large number of teams in Telstra. - Solution for Customer offers eligibility and Order orchestration Capability developed using modular microservices design to identify what customer is eligible to purchase, accept and run workflows to create an order in multiple CRMs based on customer segment. Highlight: All digital channels such as MyAccount, 24x7 mobile app and Your Telstra Tools and many others are consumers of our APIs, to manage various addons on customer mobile and broadband. Worked as a technical lead for group of 25 engineers, delivering Service Delivery platform(SDF) for Telstra. SDF enables all digital channels provided to consumer and business customer segments. SDF has reusable components needed in standard Telco ecosystem such as profile management, order provisioning, policy, messaging, device management, interaction management, etc. Build as classic SOA platform, it had healthy mix of open source technologies such as jboss and orchestration with services exposure using Oracle Fusion Middleware. Deployed on 180 virtual machines, it was designed and built to last. For me it was a vast space for experimenting, innovation and true DevOps experience. I was involved in design, development and support of business-critical platform which has 6M+ customer facing transactions per day. Operating as second in charge for development manager I was actively involved to financial planning for FY, hiring and communication with vendors. Lead developer of solution for CBA to managing call centre configuration, integrated with backend Genesys Integration Server. My role was to perform design and majority of implementation, assisting new team technical with technical challenges and tasks breakdown. Performed showcases to stakeholders in CBA.

Worked on development of IBM Tivoli products(ITCAM, WSAM, TEMA), widely used in corporative environment multiplatform monitoring systems for J2EE application & web servers. Starting in L3 support on providing fixes for Tivoli products I travelled a lot to assist IBM customers in Germany and Spain. After been moved to IBM R&D group I had rare opportunity to lead work on: -perform porting of WSAM native agent to all 64bit operating system (ppc, z/OS, aix, x64, hp-ux, linux, solaris) -design and implement ITCAM monitoring agent for Sun Java System webs server.

When Skype wasn’t that popular in 2002, we already built similar.. working in a small start-up with headquarter in Japan we had healthy mix of mathematicians and software engineers, capable to develop video codec and conferencing software. Starting as a C++ developer I moved to role of hands-on team lead developing video conferencing software for corporate market in Japan. My team implemented transport and application levels of network protocol, supporting authorisation, data encryption, flexible management of media content, chat, whiteboard, file transfer, etc, login server with traffic redirection features, core application logic. Fresh from university, worked as a part of a small team in Ukraine to design and develop vehicle resource monitoring system for logistic companies in Germany.
