Current• strategic development of the brand;• conducting market and competitiveness analysis;• maintaining price policy, creating price lists;• optimizing product portfolio: new ranges launch; unsuccessful ranges removal;• developing and implementing sales support techniques, materials and tools;• developing and implementing annual marketing plans;• holding product presentations for the sales staff and partners; holding the workshops;• organizing incentive trips for partners;• budgeting sales;• running trade-marketing activities;• managing stock turnover;• communication with the manufacturers/factories (Europe, Asia), conduct of negotiations.
