Implementation of the respective Trade Compliance Program allowing to identify risks, prevent and mitigate damages;- Organization and maintenance of the Foreign-Trade activities (Making Foreign-Trade agreements; setting up Customs Clearance process with the Customs Representatives; interaction with the Customs Authorities; Customs Valuation questions; Royalty; Customs Procedures: Release for Free Circulation, Export, Transit, Bonded Warehouse, Temporary Import/Export, others; Documents: Invoices, Specifications, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations, others; Litigations; Data interchange);- Organization of the Obligatory Labelling/Marking Process (Data Matrices);- Automation of the Business Processes (jointly with the IT-department);- Preparation of the documentation related to the Business Processes (SOP, RFP, RFQ, functional flowcharts);- Preparation of the reports for the Headquarters;- Government Relations (GR) and collaboration with Business Associations;- Budgeting;PROJECTS, ACHIEVMENTS- Obligatory Marking/Labelling (Data Matrices);- Master Data localization (for the need of the RU market);- Business Transition (setting up the Supply Chain Business Process for a new legal entity);- Customs Classification automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Organization and maintenance of the Customs Clearance process (Interaction with the Customs Representatives; interaction with the Customs Authorities; Customs Value questions; Royalty, etc.);- Organization and maintenance of the goods Transportation (Trucks – FTL/LTL; Containers – FCL/LCL; Rail; Air; Multimodal);- Drafting of Foreign-Trade Agreements;- Conformity Assessment (Interaction with the Conformity Assessment Bodies; Preparation of the Product Conformity Approval Documents – Certificates and Declarations of Conformity, State Registration Acts etc; Manufacture Analysis and Inspection Control; interaction with the Market Surveillance Bodies);- Legal questions: monitoring of the Customs, Sales, Tax Legislation, Technical Regulations;- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR);- Participation in Business Associations, Working Groups;PROJECTS, ACHIEVMENTS- Obligatory Marking/Labelling (Data Matrices); - Manufacture Analysis (Factory Audit);- Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (FTA); - Waste Law policy implementation.
