Improvement of work of wells and perfection of system of development by complex system of geological and technical measures for optimisation of production (ESP);Development control and data analysis performance everyday;Preparation of reports and the documents for perfection of system of development of field;Arranging of the movement of well workover teams to ensure efficient well operation;Responsible for develop of an economical work plan for well workover and well completion;Accountable for the communication with well workover teams, and for the timely supply of the project documentation to them;Responsible for regular (daily) informing, operational advice and troubleshooting support to the well workover teams;Performance of collection and verification of current and reporting data of well operations, input to data bases, reports of work performed as a result of well workover and completion;Compilation of work orders for well workover teams;Monitor production system and reservoir pressure maintenance (RPM);Performance of calculation of submersible pump equipment (ESP) using special software, perform expert assessment of ESP operating parameters, participate in ESP breakdown and failure committees, arranging process of control of ESP availability and delivery;Performance of monitoring of submersible pump equipment (ESP) exploitation and control;Performance of the weekly verification of producing well fund optimization plan and register production gain from optimization;Compile well surveillance schedules;Compile documentation for well equipment;
