Studied physical properties and gathered performance data of obtained films.- Findings collated into a report and shared with the department to be used as a starting point for published research papers.- Report presented at a national intercollegiate research conference.

- Worked alongside a PhD candidate on his dissertation into magnetic properties of amorphous metals.- Performed measurements of samples on a differential scanning calorimeter/thermogravimetric analysis machine, generating data that was later used in my mentor’s published research.- Revised the university’s standard lab procedures on the use of the DSC/TGA instrument, presented the improvements to the Head of Department of Material Science, the revisions were accepted and distributed to the labs.
