As Team Group Manager (aka Delivery Manager) I had three separate groups of software engineers (up to 20 persons total) with their own team leads.Also I worked as tech lead with non business tasks (performance problems, data migration between systems, architecture and system design, business process reinventions and reengineering, etc).

Our team became larger and was splitted to 4 independent teams. I have become team lead for one of them.Team started with 3 persons (then additional 6 was hired by me) — backend, frontend, QA. I continued to work as 50% backend engineer but with no business critical tasked assigned to me.As a team lead I have responsibilities such as hiring/firing, task balancing, people management (education, motivation), communication management within the team and outside of it.Also I helped Product Manager with business and tech part of our products trying to help her correctly estimate and decompose business needs.

This period I worked as backend engineer and developed microservices using .NET.
