Additionally, I suggested changes in SDLC process: decomposition the customer features in advance by representer from frontend and backend (instead of doing it by the whole team on planning) which allows to reduce the time spent on general. Additionally, I recommended switching from JavaScript to TypeScript to reduce the bugs amount and increase solution reliability. This change prevented many potential bugs and saved over 15% of our time previously spent on bug fixes.
