Responsibilities: - Creation of an IT development strategy, corresponding to Academy business goals;- Interaction with the State Corporation Rosatom and industry organizations in order to ensure unified standards for the functioning of information systems;- Development and implementation of internal policies and regulations in IT;-Industry and local Academy information systems deployment; - Planning expenses and ensuring the execution of financial estimates for the maintenance and development of IT infrastructure- Interaction with communication service providers: Internet, telephony, cellular;-Monitoring and maintenance of Academy IT infrastructure; - Maintenance of computer equipment and network performance, configuration of network equipment (routers, network printers, etc.), prompt detection and troubleshooting of computer and peripheral equipment.- Preparation and configuration of workplaces, software installation and configuration, monitoring and maintenance of users' computers.- Users consultations on office programs and company's equipment operation;- Procurement of consumables, equipment, communication services, suppliers and service providers contract management;- Technical support for events – coordination of external providers, industry colleagues responsible for survey systems, webinars and VCS
